The Column Concrete Skip quick release mechanism can be fitted to both the TUC and TUC D Column Skips. This mechanism allows the user to easily detach the discharge hose by simply removing the lock pin and twisting the bottom section. This allows both access to the discharge gate shutter mechanism for cleaning and, when additional bottom sections and hose assembly's are used, allows different lengths and diameters of hose to be quickly interchanged. The standard quick release mechanism is suitable for use with 200mm diameter discharge hose and additional quick release bottom sections are available in 90mm, 150mm and 250mm diameter.
